This plant has DCS controlled reactors and equipped with hot oil facility, steam system, cooling water system, so we can implement reaction from 0℃to 300℃. We can manufacture many different chemicals including EP, AW, AO, CI, Amide, Biocide, Ester, etc.
Our plant has 3 units with 28 reactors/blenders which are stainless steel, glass-lined and carbon steel. The reactors/blenders size range between 1000 liters to 10000 liters which maximize the production flexibility and minimize the cross-contamination among different product types.
The different size of reactors/blenders make it especially suitable for manufacturing of specialty chemical and blending of specialty lubes and MWF.
